Regardless of your stage in life, the RRCA Certified 3R Coaches provide a motivating support system that prepares the athlete both physically and mentally for the challenges of running. Weekly training plans include individualized workouts (prescribed paces, distances, and ancillary activities) that will incrementally prepare the athlete to achieve her/his goals.
